Our STORY
Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage that originated in China over 2,000 years ago. The wisdom of fermented foods and rejuvenating teas migrated to the surrounding cultures before becoming a nearly lost tradition. Kombucha is reminiscent of this time, a time when farming and sustaining a community's health through the land was paramount..... a simpler time, which is now returning to many Vermont communities.
